Acofi is an independent financial services group founded in 1990, affiliated to La Française Group. Acofi Gestion is a third-party asset management company certified by the AMF and specialised in structuring and managing investment funds. Its expertise is developed around four main activities: commercial real estate lending, renewable energies infrastructure financing, structured corporate financing, and public sector financing. These services are mainly delivered in the form of loan funds and real asset funds. Acofi Gestion manages and counsels funds totalling several billion euros. As an analyst for the corporate debt funds, my responsabilities include:- performing credit analysis of corporate counterparties (mostly restructured or distressed corporates)- providing the investment committees with a risk opinion on asset-based lending transactions- building financial models to analyse business plans and for asset valorisation purposes- participating into the structuration of new collateralized corporate debt funds- enhancing the credit analysis methodologies to have them match with the different funds' structurations - working together with Fintechs to improve the investment processes

Based in New York, the BNP Paribas CIB Coverage team covers all the clients of the American corporate platform. My main productions as a credit analyst are listed below :- Performed credit, cash-flow and recovery analysis for North American coverage clients in numerous sectors including aviation, beauty, packaging, security, oil & gas ;- Coordinated, monitored and enhanced the capital allocation process of the American platform ;- Participated in the structuring of the bank's 1st Social Impact Bond that aims at providing funds for in-home treatment for parents dealing with substance abuse, in partnership with the State of Connecticut ;- Composed numerous reports and presentations destined to senior management (client backtesting, transactions pipeline, annual reviews overdue) ;- Participated in number of group studies to formulate recommendations to monitor the RWA consumption, reduce costs, and more generally improve work efficiency.

Paris-based BNP Paribas CIB Corporate Coverage department manages debt allocation for BNPP CIB's large caps clients. My main missions over this 6-month internship are listed below:- Assessed risk and recovery analysis for more than 40 corporate clients, mostly in the construction sector (Vinci, Bouygues)- Prepared complete credit proposals for new transactions, annual reviews and other credit requests- Liaised with all business lines to monitor the risk and banking relationship profitability using RAROC- Assisted relationship managers in the commercial process

Redbridge is a leading Debt & Treasury Advisory firm that provides solutions to corporate treasury & finance departments worldwide. Within the research and studies department, I was in charge of:- Producing various reports on current financing topics: disintermediation, private placements in Europe, credit rating agencies- Leading a study on corporate treasury issues that was presented during the French Treasurers annual congress (AFTE)
