Food Intercept is a social enterprise to reduce landfill waste and empower the local community. I connected Coventry fruit and vegetable vendors with charities to redistribute surplus produce to those living-below-the-line and organized regular catering workshops to teach young adults with learning disabilities to bake using excess or overripe fruit.
