Leading a team of engineers and a consortium of contractors to develop and implement offshore system improvements. Responsible for prioritizing and managing the execution program (1,500+ activities). Managing the rejuvenation program of the 50+ helidecks of BSP offshore.

Muscat, Sultanate Of Oman

Managing early-stage capital projects for unconventional hydrocarbon prospects onshore Oman. Responsible for feasibility studies encompassing technical, financial, operational, and regulatory aspects, as well as building the business case, high-level planning, stakeholder engagement, governance framework, sustainability and community impact assessments, and funding strategies. Leading appraisal execution activities to evaluate hydrocarbon productivity, including oversight of all contract and procurement processes.

Douala, Cameroon

Leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for production optimization, development planning, drilling campaigns, and offshore platform upgrades. Serving as a member of the shareholder technical committee and providing in-country support for Shell’s share divestment in the PCC venture.

Assen, Netherlands

Designed and implemented solutions for well performance, flow assurance, and surface facility integration to ensure efficient and safe operations (both onshore as offshore). Successfully completed the Shell Graduate Program.
