In my job at Pyntail as Technical Sales/Outreach Person:  I reach out to prospective clients based in USA offering our software development services, using email and linkedin. I create scripted emails and extract email IDs from the clients data sheet and send them the scripts; while following up later. I do the initial communication with the people who seem interested to take us up for a business deal and establish their connection with the lead engineer at the company. I maintain the client’s data in a separate file and keep it up-to-date. I oversee the work of my team and communicate directly with the CEO. I head all the meetings related to sales/marketing.

During my stay at Indus Venture, I was engaged in the following activities: Connecting with the investors based in USA and communicating with them. Marketing Indus Venture products and convincing the investors to invest in them. Following up with the investors and business consultancy clients on a regular basis and staying on top of the data. Implementing a new system to update the status of the clients in real time.

During my stay at Studio Empoli, I was engaged in the following activities: Managing the Client Database Initiating Marketing Partnerships with various Banks. Negotiating Marketing Partnerships with various organizations.  Suggesting loyalty schemes to maximize relationship building opportunities with the customers.  Implementing new service improvement programs in outlets to enhance customer satisfaction. Collecting and analyzing the customer feedback and forwarding them to relevant departments. Providing input, from the customer prospective, during the design selection process. Facilitated the resolution of technical issues, where necessary. Engaged in Cross training in Operations and Supply Chain departments. And learnt the use of QuickBooks for supply chain management. Participating in regular management meetings to review targets, present feedback, and follow-up actions, and, proactively, suggesting necessary measures for development.

In my job at LUMS as Head Teaching Assistant, I have the following responsibilities: I am heading a team of 16 Teaching Assistants for the course. My duties are mainly of administrative nature. From the start of semester till the end, everything for the course other than the lectures is my responsibility. I organize the process for selection of teaching assistants, make them work and resolve any issues that come along the way. I oversee all examinations during the semester. Any administrative issue that falls between the first lecture and the final grading is mine to resolve.
