Began as a cashier in Mr Simms Basingstoke in 2017 and improved customer service, social and communication skills to achieve customer satisfaction. Through the shift from Basingstoke to Reading (2020) and between cashier to Team Leader, job roles consisted of stocking shelves and making sure there is always a variety of stock available at hand. After becoming the manager, I had to ensure an efficient and effective strategy was always put in place to improve customer service, which as a result enhanced my problem-solving skills.

Book-keeping, Invoicing, VAT calculation & Banks and Credit cards reconciliations (cash/accrual based) on Sage and Excel for clients ranging from sole proprietors to limited companies.

Initially trained as a children's shoe fitter but got moved up to stock overtime. Delivered friendly and proactive service for a smoother customer experience. Organised merchandise within the store and established proper product placements. Dealt with several customers at once, improving time management
