With 20+ years banking experience, I have proudly served several diverse communities that range from LMI to affluent. I have held several positions where I gained experience in Mortgage/Consumer Lending, Business/Commercial Lending, deposit/account gathering, management, and most importantly leadership.I have been through several acquisitions/mergers and also opened a Denovo branch for Wamu in 2006 which has been said to be one of the bank’s most successful in its history at that time. I was part of various management committees where I facilitated job family meetings, presentations, and annual regional meetings in Las Vegas. I have given back to the communities I've served by volunteering for Junior Achievement and Operation Hope. I gave financial literacy presentations to classrooms of K-12 and I have also given presentations through Operation Hope's entrepreneur seminars at OneWest Bank's facility in Commerce. Out of all of the accomplishments and awards, none have been as satisfying as having members of my staff promoted to management roles.Although my career in banking has been fulfilling, I am open to the challenge of change. Although I am not actively seeking a position elsewhere, my mind could be swayed provided the right opportunity arises.
