Head of Service Delivery- Mobile Networks

• Be responsible for care business including improvement of customer satisfaction and identifying up selling opportunities, Care business management relating to contract renewal process, care business planning and analysis and sales and profitability development, and Operational management including provision of Care services and monitoring how to meet the customer service level agreement.

• Project manager for 3G UTRAN project which help Vinaphone launching 1st 3G network in Vietnam. • Technical lead in 2G/3G proposal team, handling technical issues from RFP, answer point2point statement, and work out the technical solution. Working with regional team for support, attending contract negotiation between Motorola and buyers.• Project manager for EDGE/GPRS/GSM network deployment/expansion and s/w rollout for Vinaphone network: prepare scope of work, working with Customer for acceptance procedure, KPI agreement, managing schedule, budget, and risk of the project. Controlling C/I quality from Sub-contractors

• Technical lead in 2G/3G proposal team, handling technical issues from RFP, work out the technical solution and attending contract negotiation. • Project leader for BSS & OSS software upgrade project in Vinaphone network (making schedule, resource planning, risk & communication management…) which delivered a outstanding result to Customer• Providing high level technical support to Vinaphone network 24x7: handle all issues about BSS and network performance.• Overseas support in Malaysia for delivering network rollout and network optimization to Celcom operator and DTAC operator; collect network statistics, analyzing and deploying new frequency plan.• Supporting to optimization projects: driving test, KPI statistic collection, database change and RF returning

• Handling outage issues, provide onsite support to Vinaphone Customer• BSS Integrating/Commissioning, Troubleshooting, performance driving test for Vinaphone network
