- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer specializing in EUV lithography systems (Responsible for the scanner's TOP & BOT module). - 2.5+ years of experience as a Customer Support Engineer specializing in EUV lithography systems (Responsible of scanner activities, partial handle source and driver laser issue).- Planning the schedule and leading a three-way call with the customer and DE for effective communication.- Ability to interdepartmental communication and comprehension of customer demand.- Capable to collect proper data and illustrate technical issue for improving EUV critical issue and driving structurally solution.- Capable to lead critical hardware action during system repair and maintenance. - Scheduling and tracing the beta test and FCO upgrade in the field.- Comment coach and consolidate PCS so that similar issue can be resolved quickly

- In charge of design and feasibility development for notebook mechanism.- Applying Pro-e (3D/2D) to developing notebook mechanism (13.3 inch~17.3 inch).- Feasibility evaluation of LED backlight module and enhance the light efficiency.- Technical communication related to metal stamping die and mold injection.- Designing and applying metal material to enable new technologies.- Establishing materials and design rules for upcoming backlight module.- Improving the EMI and ESD issue of display module.- Collaboration with vendors to improve manufacturing and metrology capabilities.- Management of vendor prototyping schedule and manufacturing plan.

Successfully reducing the cost of defect ratio in 2014, which saving TWD$5 million.- Capable to internal management, interdepartmental communication and comprehension of customer demand.

- Defining assembly SOP of display module (TV, MNT, NB and TABLET).- Experience of defining the process parameters for display module assembly.- Integrating and analyzing customer issue to offer the long/short term solution.- Developing assembly fixture and measurement systems for display module (with backlight module).- Leading-in semi-automatic roller cleaner and inspection machine of AOI.- Improving manufacturing process and equipment for reducing clean room particle and defect ratio (<3%).
