Main responsibilities included:• Managing marketplace health for a portfolio totalling up to 50% of carwow UK sales.• Leading multiple cross-team commercial activities, the largest being a site wide summer sale requiring the co-ordination of 6 teams.• Contributed to the product roadmap, drafting solutions to commercial specific problems. Two releases are now an essential components of carwow promotional activities, while other changes increased configuration funnel completion by 3 percentage points.

Responsibilities included:• Managed the health of value & smart choice brands, helping this become the highest converting segment.• Producing BI resources for teams across 3 countries, many receiving high traffic (including 6 of the top 10 most monthly viewed resources). • Acting as the sole analyst working on growing carwow’s used car proposition, advising on commercial performance, marketing strategy and product changes.
