Early on in my career, I realized the one thing that brings me indescribable joy is solving problems!If you are a problem solver, reading this, and you yourself are stuck on a problem you can't seem to crack... JUST KEEP GOING!I developed a love for technology early on as a child, growing up playing computer games on my dad's desktop PC and marveling at the latest iPod or touchscreen smartphone. In 2013 at the young age of 18, I began working at a large retail electronics store and found that helping people succeed with their tech was something that brought me joy. I heard so many peoples' stories of how they use their technology and what they used it for. In this space, I was able to refine the skill of finding someones' problem or gap with their technology and come up with solutions to fill that gap. The experience of selling computers, tablets, and phones also came with the responsibility of fixing or solving problems with these devices. I always welcomed the opportunity to help someone less technically savvy than me and educate them on easy troubleshooting steps and best practices and still do to this day! My passion for solving problems and helping people ultimately landed me where I'm at today; at Elevation Church as an IT Support Engineer. Here, I have had the opportunity to continue helping people with their technology but I've also developed specialized skills and roles such as GSuite management, Jamf admin, Zoom management, Open Directory management, bash scripting and coding, process automation, and more.Skills/Experience: process automation, Mac admin, Asset Panda (asset management), MDM (Jamf), GSuite management, bash scripting, advanced Zapier integrations, Zoom Business management, network management (Unifi, ExtremeNetworks), Robin room management
