• Led a 12-month fast-tracked design and engineering project, delivering a buildable design for one of Australia’s largest roof build-ups, ensuring thermal, structural, acoustic, client, and timeline requirements were met.• Managed teams of engineers and designers across multiple locations, including Dubai, Melbourne, Boston, and New Zealand, ensuring effective collaboration andproject progress.• Selected and procured specialized materials from global suppliers, involving industry- first compliance testing, with sourcing from Dubai, China, and the Philippines.• Managed commercial aspects of the project, handling over 100 variations, Commerical disputes and a 8 month EOT• Oversee resourcing and planning for 104 works onsite and 20+ in offices, ensuring efficient project execution and resource allocation.• Directed and ensured the deliverables at the request of the Multiplex Senior team for their own consultants for the package, streamlining processes and meeting program requirements.• Conducted bi-weekly reporting meetings with Multiplex (MPX) NSW senior team on project status and addressing any concerns.• Managed subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines, and maintaining effective relationships.• Successfully initiated and oversaw 2 separate acceleration programs as a site manager on top of my existing role• Assumed responsibility for overseeing the completion of 2 separate Metro stations, including Metro Chatswood, and Metro Marrickville, whilst working on the airport project.• Led design and consultation package for Newcastle airport in preparation for their renovations, demonstrating expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.

Moving from operations to a general management role where I was able to plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the business unit was an incredible experience. Rather than focusing on one functional area of management, such as HR, procurement or administration, I was able to oversee all aspects of the business.While in my position as GM I - Introduced new processes to streamline production, procurement, tender and onsite works- Increase revenue by 25% PA- Develop new avenues of income - Lead the company through the biggest 6-month period of rain dealy's, covid affected workers, material details etc. - Give my managing director the ability to go away for 6 months with minimal involved from them while awayI spent considerable time on the role, designing and implementing a complete customised software that managed our factory, onsite works, finances, times sheets etc. With this software, we were able to see live financials on projects within 10 seconds of a cost being registered.

Starting at CZRC (Copper and Zinc Roofing) as an estimating cadet whilst studying I progressed into purchasing materials and products for the onsite teams and in-house fabrication department.
