I worked as a physical therapy technician which entailed maintenance of the workspace, patient treatment/communication, and assisting the DPT and PTAs in their daily work. During my first month and a half, I also covered the office coordinator role, which entailed scheduling patients, collecting payments and co-payments, communicating with patients and referring offices, and ordering supplies needed in the workspace.
