Hedin Lagan AB is a machine builder of heavy mover and turning machine, located at Lagan, Sweden. Providing heavy AGV as well, coopratied with Softdesign, which is a professnal agv system provider in Gothenberg. AGV or mover capacity is from 5 ton to 500 ton.My job is promoting Hedin brand in China as an independent agent. Project leader and sales manager.Build up Hedin office and service team to keep good relation ship with exiting customer. Sales of Hedin machine grows from less than 100k Euro to over 2 million Euro per year.Developed local customer such as Kocel group and Yantai Moon. Sold super fancy heavy agv machine with maximum capacity 100 ton to them and successfully running project.

AP&T is a super good and professnal company located at Ulricehamn , Sweden.As a key account manager, I am focus on selling automation line both from AP&T Sweden and Italian company Norda, which is the daughter company of AP&T.Developed over 20 press maker and integrator who are interested in automation products. Acheive 1.5 million euro sales in the next year and developed a good customer in automotive industry, who continues buying our automation products for total amount over 5 million euro.Sales ability for CRM , such as oppotunity following and winning, sales piple line managerment, new customer and market development.Project managerment as well. Successfully manager automation project which last over 10 months and total amount over 1 million euro. Frequently communication with teams in Europe and weekly meeting at customer side, in order to make project successfully closed.
