CurrentProgram Manager for the Skills Bridge project, a $4.1 million project funded by the Future Skills Centre out of TMU. This project developed a digital training platform to evaluate the skills needs of businesses across Canada. Worked in direct report to the Vice-President, Programs. I lead the team to tripling objectives from the funder, engaging over 55 chambers of commerce, 860 businesses, and over 1000 participants in online courses, webinars, roundtables, and survey engagement• Lead relationship and stakeholder management with project partners, including Tech provider, project evaluators, and funder. This oversight across the key partners included over 30 employees. As mentioned above I lead front facing partner management with over 55 chambers of commerce across Canada, sourced strategic resource partners, recruitment partners, and more• Engaged over 860 SMEs through collaborative relationships with chambers, boards of trade, and other business support organizations. One aspect was creating marketing materials in collaboration with the Public Affairs department• Key financial planner, record keeper, budgeter and forecaster for this $4.1 million project working directly with the VP, Finance• Customer service and business development lead. I managed various cohorts of 15-30 co-op students, provided customer service, business development, and project management training. Creating training resources, trackers, and sales resources • Lead Skills Bridge proposal writer to the funder, including quarterly + annual written and financial reporting. Additional support provided to the VP, Programs, on new CFP’s Programs proposal writing and submission • Worked as interim Executive Assistant to the President and CEO on an occasional basis. Included relationship management, coordinating and organizing calendar planning across the organization with internal and external stakeholders, and Board of Directors collaboration and resource prep
