Systems Integration and Test Associate Manager for multiple F-16 and FA-50 programs supporting avionics integration and test. Supports overall team with L5 and L6 managers through strategic planning, team development, and process improvement. Oversees the systems engineering process through technical reviews, agile transformation, process adherence, and multi-team collaboration. Hires, manages, mentors, and trains engineers of all levels. My previous role was on the navigation team for Advanced Development Programs where I worked on the design, integration, and test of navigation and timing systems. I supported the team from both a technical perspective as well as using my leadership skills for managing tasks, budgets, and schedules. Before that I worked as a Functional Test Lead and Subject Matter Expert for different avionics systems for the F-16 program across multiple programs. I also am an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot and part-time do drone photography and videography. I have a passion for the drone industry and hope to work in that industry to change the landscape of what is possible and create innovative solutions to help solve problems.
