Sunrock is a well-established construction materials supplier that has been in business for over 75 years. Headquartered in Raleigh, Sunrock is a vertically integrated, privately held company and is one of North Carolina's premier aggregate suppliers. In my role as Communications Specialist, I manage and develop content for multiple channels including branding, promotional material and campaigns, social media, newsletters, email, and employee groups.In addition, I assist with creating advertising/sponsorship ads and work with HR in recruiting efforts by posting jobs and investigating social media advertising opportunities to expand the reach of jobs. This position also allows me to go out into the field to document projects across job sites and conduct interviews with team members. I enjoy writing engaging stories and posts for the company's branding, creating social media campaigns, and increasing our online presence in general.

Beta Theta Pi is one of America's oldest fraternities, currently consisting of 142 Chapter and Colonies. During my time as the Vice President of Communications for the Epsilon Alpha Chapter, I operated as the chapter's chief information officer and brand manager. I was responsible for managing and developing content for different communication channels such as email, website, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. It was my duty to build relationships with constituencies of the chapter on campus, as well as assist in the organization of philanthropy and fundraiser events.

I operated the cash register, reception desk, boat rental stations, in addition to opening and closing the park and facilities.
