• Responsible for implementing and deploying a new global Oracle HR system (encompasses performance management, goal management, compensation management and organisational change management), HR Intranet site and Taleo.
• Project manage the rollout of Taleo to 10 Middle-East and African countries, this included managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.
