Reporting to the Elder Board of Directors, oversee staff members and volunteers while managing the organizations budget. • Merged two churches from different denominations by developing a common language and collective value proposition. • Transitioned 47,000sq/ft building, valued at $6.5 million, from a single church into the merged congregation at no cost to the new church. • Managed a $1.2 million remodeling project from design to completion on budget and without debt through efficiency and proactive project management

Charged with leading 6 departmental volunteer leaders, managing resources and empowering and recruiting the largest team of volunteers within Genesis to serve families. Facilitated young families becoming the church’s quickest growing demographic by providing excellent family programming that supports volunteer opportunities.

Kingswood Dorm, Bloomfield Hills, Mi

Responsible for the girls' residential hall, located on the historic Kingswood campus, which houses about 100 girls from all over the country and the world. Managed and lead the team of House Advisors to create a supportive environment, for the boarding students, which functioned like an extended family. Scheduled 20 academic faculty & 4 House Advisors to provide a supervisory presence, serve as advocates, resources, friends, and mentors to residential students. Developed and executed exciting programing, documented concerns, mediated conflicts, and hosted monthly formal dinners for all residents and faculty.

Directed a program team of 8 that conceived, designed and launched the Fellows program. Tasked with addressing the organization's rapid staff turnover, The Fellows Program encompassed a new funding model, recruiting vehicle and structure for staff training.

Managed 1 staff and 30 volunteers that supported program execution. Lead a change management process to strategically transition the public school portion of ministry, funding and board to Young Life. Facilitated student lead faith discussion groups at University Liggett School, Cranbrook Kingswood, Detroit Country Day School, Grosse Pointe High Schools, & Grosse Pointe Academy.
