Hunter McIntosh is a member of Marcus & Millichap’s Charlotte Metropolitan Retail and Triple Net-Lease Group, specializing in investment sales. Mr. McIntosh is responsible for developing new business relationships while still working closely with existing clients to provide comprehensive real estate investment strategies by identifying client goals and then creating actionable items to reach said goals. Hunter joined Kevin Smith Sr.’s team with Marcus & Millichap in 2024 following the conclusion of his athletic career. Hunter graduated from Elon University in 2021 with a degree in Finance and the University of Nevada, Reno in 2024 obtaining his Master’s in Business Analytics. His past experiences in alternative investments and continuing education enable him to provide comprehensive real estate services including strategic planning, property marketing, sale, and 1031 Tax-Deferred exchanges. Hunter played collegiate basketball at both Elon and Nevada where he excelled both on and off the court as an all-conference player and scholar-athlete. His love for teamwork, high-pressure situations, and winning drive him to succeed and help others along the way.
