Jeffrey Fript is a Vice President of Investments in the Marcus & Millichap Houston office and a Director in the National Multi-Housing Group, specializing in the sale of multi-family properties. He has closed or currently has under contract over several hundred million dollars in real estate investments. Prior to joining M&M in 2004, Jeffrey enjoyed a highly successful thirty year career as the Operations head for several prominent Fortune 500 companies. His responsibilities included setting up distribution networks as well as scouting and securing retail locations nationwide. Mr. Fript’s expertise includes fine tuning an investment strategy, analyzing an investment scenario, marketing a property and locating an investment opportunity to ensure his clients achieve their real estate investment objectives. He employs cutting edge methods of communication and marketing tools and ensures his clients’ access to the largest pool of private investors nationwide.
