I was part of the founding team at Be the Business – a not for profit organisation spearheading a business-led drive to help company leaders and employees across the UK improve their performance through productivity uplifts.Through leading the development of the company's first website – I set the tone of voice, content strategy and approach needed to drive interest and engagement with the subject of business productivity. I then gone on to lead teams and iteratively improve the company’s online presence – creating both a productised content offering and using storytelling to empower the marketing, sales and communications teams so they can find and acquire customers.Key achievements include:(1) Spearheaded Be the Business’ digital coronavirus response, building a content microsite that generated one million page visits over a 12-month period(2) Wrote and published Inspiring Greater Productivity book that was distributed through a direct mail campaign to 100,000 business leaders(3) Created a case study library of more than 200 stories that brought to life the productivity conversation and impact we’d helped generate for businesses(4) Created an online productivity benchmarking tool to be used for top of funnel engagement and subsequent relationship building with target audience(5) Launched and hosted It’s The Small Things podcast – featuring businesses including Brompton Bicycles, Tangle Teezer and Graze (10,000+ listens)
