As the Product Coordinator, you'll support the Product team by ensuring that all regulatory content related to Resolver’s application is managed and distributed in a timely fashion!• Manage customer accounts based on content subscriptions (regulatory requirements)• Work with our partners to deliver and communicate regulatory changes to customers to ensure they have the most recent regulatory content updates• Understand the regulatory landscape and work with customers to uncover compliance coverage gaps• Convert regulatory content into the appropriate format for importing to our applications• Assist in transitioning customers to our new platform• Manage requests for new content and project delivery• Interpret customer feedback to drive product enhancements• Build strong relationships with customers and manage their expectations• Assist with support channels for all regulatory requests
