Ensuring that all maintenance activities are planned and performed in an optimized way, taken into account all the potential constraints, like available manpower, production schedule, severity of potential failure, safety, food safety, available tools and spare parts, as well as the corresponding prioritization of activities. Key links with other departments (operational user) as well as the being the main person for all maintenance work orders KPI tracking and trending management.

In-charge of the procurement and maintenance of production overhead stocks (indirect materials). Identification, negotiation, procurement and stock management of engineering spare parts both acquired locally and abroad. Maintenance and enhancement of SAP material master data. Analysis of optimum stock levels inside the company's technical store. Internal movement and logistics of technical store parts and system location updates. Invoice reconciliations with local support and suppliers. Vendor master data creation and updates.

Assigned by Agoge to work with the glass bottling line of Coca-Cola Amatil. Handling the wrap-around packer, basic troubleshooting, feeding and changeovers. Also making sure quality is monitored by doing the start of run, end of run, and periodic product checks. Involved in other jobs assigned by my direct supervisor.
