As a graduate of George Fox University with a BA in History and a minor in Sociology, followed by a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University, I am deeply passionate about learning from historical events and fostering critical thinking skills in my students.Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher, I am dedicated to providing high-quality education in the absence of the primary teacher. My experience extends to The Tutoring Center West Linn, where I supported K-12 students facing learning difficulties such as ADHD and Dyslexia.Drawing inspiration from my athletic background, I believe in continuous self-improvement and strive to learn something new every day. I am committed to expanding my knowledge base to better understand the complexities of the world and share valuable life lessons embedded in history with my students.My goal is to empower students to live fulfilling lives and make meaningful contributions to society by imparting the lessons learned from the past.
