Managed all merchandising program processes including maintaining daily data updates in AS400 and SAP, working with distribution and field sales to ensure accurate and timely updates to retailer data, producing MMP and retailer-related reports, planning MMP timeline requirements in conjunction with marketing, FedEx, and sample vendors, producing shipment lists and communicating shipment information to FedEx, providing shipment tracking to distribution, creating billing documents for MMP updates, and providing invoice backup to distributors. Ensured sample introductions were shipped efficiently and on schedule while proactively addressing possible challenges.

Responsible for all Styling administrative processes including providing record keeping, compiling and submitting T&E reports, ordering of departmental supplies as well as handling communications with all vendors, submitting requisitions for purchases, tracking and planning departmental budget, producing PowerPoint presentations, and assisting in writing and proofreading new product descriptions for introduction bulletins. Provided general administrative support as needed.
