In my role, I take pride in ensuring that each temporary worker maintains compliance and stays up to date with their learning requirements. Recognizing the importance of continuous professional development, I proactively monitor and assist temporary staff in completing mandatory training and obtaining necessary certifications. This includes keeping track of training records and providing guidance on accessing relevant resources and courses.By focusing on compliance and learning, I aim to create a cohesive and well-informed workforce.
