Souq.com is the largest e-Commerce site in the Middle East.* Projects: - Deal of the Day: A web portal provides customers with the latest offers and promotions. - Internal CRM System: A custom solution for marketing and communication. - Order Management and Shipping: A backbone solution for managing Souq customer’s orders and shipping.* Responsibilities: - CRM Team Lead. - Coordinate the team releases. - Build and consume internal Souq Services via REST API. - Create integrations between Souq platform and 3rd party sellers. - Create and use the proper Database structure and technologies for Souq CRM system to acquire and handle the huge amount of customer’s information and communications. - Create and maintain the communication platform used in Souq for sending emails, SMS or any other type of communication channels using 3rd party or internal solutions. - Work closely with the marketing and analytics teams to provide the best solutions for reporting and marketing tools.
