Manage the Inspection, Corrosion and Chemical Treatment teamMember of Asset Integrity Management Review Team.Focal contact with TOTAL E&P Head Quarter in France for above fields of activities.Plan for regular audits with specialists from Total HQ, implement action plan. Responsible for updating Company Inspection Policy.Validate technical procedures for inspection, corrosion, chemical treatment and laboratory as well as technical reports and planning including fit-for-service reports.Review and validate Inspection Strategy, Register, Inspection plan (either prescriptive or RBI approach).Plan for cathodic protection regular surveys and ensure follow up of corrective actions.Ensure corrosion and chemical treatment programs are in-place and updated.Prepare technical documents for CFT (ITT) and evaluate technical offers from bidders.Evaluate services provided by contractors.Validate monthly and yearly inspection and corrosion reports.Ensure laboratory support through updated procedures and proper implementation.Set and follow KPI’s and present them to management in the regular KPI meetings.Define budget lines and cost estimate for Inspection, Corrosion and Chemicals (OPEX and CAPEX) and participate in review meetings with management.Assess the team members and set the yearly training program.
