 To execute activities of maintenance focused in compliance with the preventive and predictive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on Instrument & Control systems. Coordinate with PDO Instrument supervisor the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plan. Control SAP PM Notification backlog. Submit progress reports to the respective Instrument Leader, on a regular basis.  Provide maintenance and repairs on all types of Instruments. Execute maintenance activities in accordance to standards, specifications, safety procedures, and manufacturer’s recommendation.  Follow-up on Instrument maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the respective Instrument supervisor. Keep a record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenance programs and prepare work completion reports. Recommending and implementing changes aimed at improving the availability and reliability of instrument systems. Work closely and coordinate with Area Maintenance Leader, Instrument Supervisors and Technicians, Maintenance Logistics Division, Operations Department, HSE Department. Other Disciplines Maintenance Supervisors, Area Planner, Scheduler and Material Coordinator.

 To execute all jobs as per PDO PTW system and HSE targets. To supervise planned field preventive maintenance (PM) & troubleshooting of Beam pumps, (ESP) Submersible pumps,(PCP)pumps, MSV and MPFM, Red eye meter, Coriolis meter and DNOC. Maintenance and trouble shooting of Frame 9E Gas Turbine and Generators –Mark-VI Controls.FR 5 Gas Turbine and Generators-Mark-II controls. Frame 6 & 6FA Gas Turbine and Generators-Mark-V control systems. Production station preventive maintenance (PM) for Export pums, Washed oil pumps, Heating medium pumps, Emulsion Pumps, Booster pumps, DWD Pumps as per Maintenance Craft Producers (MCP). Pressure, Level, Temperature, Flow Transmitter, & control vale Service, Calibration, After Installation Loop checking and Fault finding and Corrective. Preventive Maintenance for Free water Tanks, Washed oil Tanks, Oil Tanks and Fire water Tank. As per MCP. Preventive Maintenance for CPI’S and Drain Vessels. As per MCP. Fuel Gas Skids – Honeywell, Yokogawa and Foxboro DCS, FSC, MOS operation of ESD and vent valves, pressure controllers and pressure reduction valves, KO drum and filter separator level controllers. Preventive maintenance of Fire Protection Systems – fire logic, cause and effect using UV detectors, heat detectors, smoke detectors, H2S detectors and CO2 system. Comm. of Fuel Systems for Fuel Gas, Fuel oil (both Liquid Fuel / Crude oil) Dry Low Nox system & Water Injection & N2 Purge Systems.  Commissioning of Air Intake Filter house system & Evaporator Coolers as applicable & Dehumidification system for the compartments. Instrument Air Compressors and Dryers – Atlas Copco with Electronikon Regulators I, II, Kaesser Compressors with Sigma Control and Siemens PLC. Bently Nevada Vibration System – 3300 and 3500 series.
