JOB RESPONSIBILITYIdentify site requirements how they want to manage there documents & implement the same into document management system or other system with the secure authorization of user’s access on data internal & external (subcontractors) users etc, supporting application users provides training on system, standards & provides complete collaboration environments so everything will be process through system & recorded accordingly-Providing support to other engineers via the helpdesk system / SMS-Maintain service levels in accordance with the defined SLA.-Escalation of unresolved issues and dealing with some escalated issues-Supports delivery of IMS standards- Maintaining standards into systems liaise with Document Controllers & Design Manager- Providing different environments in system for different departments of users- Implementing easy matrix for securities i.e. Groups / Access list - Support should include trainings onsite & FAQ’s sessions.- Completion of scheduled tasks within SLA targets- Constant contact with IT users.- Advising other engineers within Business- Ongoing technical training and awareness to technical desktop staff
