• Analyzing daily sales reports and sharing them with the staff on the floor to discuss ways on how to achieve daily and monthly goals.• Leading the sales floor and making sure that the staff are well positioned and shop tasks are completed in time.• Motivating the staff and driving sales on the shop floor.• Creating battle and smart plans to achieve specific projects and goals for the business.• Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that the main messages, themes and concepts of LUSH world standards of visual merchandising are passed effectively onto the stores for maximum effect on sales.• Working closely with the Brand Communications team to ensure that the main creative ideas of the business are being executed to the highest standard in the store.• Identify any repairs or maintenance requirements with the store management teams when in store and assist in rectification process.• Assist in the preparation of promotional events (exhibitions, trade fairs and media events) including set-up and dismantling displays where required.

• Ensuring all stocks are displayed on sales floor according to company lay-out • Helping customers to find products that meet customers’ needs and link them with other relevant products • Providing the highest level of customer service by demonstrating excellent product knowledge • Ensuring awareness and vigilance at all time of security in the store without negligence • Ensuring the highest standard of merchandising and housekeeping is maintained in the store all times • Ensuring that all sections are neat and clean and all times correctly priced • Ensure the correct rotation of stock on the shelves, maintaining adequate stock on the shelves and correct signage is displayed, organized, and time efficient approach to processing incoming and outgoing of stock , accurate stock ordering to maximize sales
