1-Establish all required procedures related to compliance & quality control activities.2-Analyze data to Identify trends and performance in quality or defects versus complianceKPls with a plan of mitigating and preventing recurrence and upcoming defects.3-To look after all business operations related to technical compliance, Including Investments,polices & procedures.4-Assess the business's future ventures and plan to Identify and eliminate compliance risks &provide reports for direct manager.5-Lead many projects and committees as part of compliance Improvement.

1-To Develop the technical department network strategies on all domains: Access NetworkPlanning/ Core/ Services/ Customer experience.2-Approve and align all budget related requests within the technical team including all (PO,RFP, RFEs and CRs) for all technical functions (Core, Access, B2B, ….etc).3-To Plan the investments and decision support tools.4-To explore the new business opportunities and technology trends in the market,5-Manage the Technical team & CTO external Communication for Etisalat ExecutiveCommittee, Board, Regulatory and Etisalat group.
