- Providing technical support and giving onsite training to customer during sites cut-over (swapping Korek equipment from Ericsson to Huawei).- Providing technical support and giving onsite training to customer for Huawei Microwave links (for already installed and new MW links).- Good acknowledgement about Huawei Wireless (BTS5900/DBS5900) equipment.- Good acknowledgement about Huawei MW RTN (905,950 and 980) equipment.

- Putting the optimum design for the sites after taking the required site surveys for the two main sites in Baghdad (Zayouna and Salihya).- Supervising hardware installation for two main sites in Baghdad (Zayouna and Salihya).- Leading all acceptance procedure tests with customer (HW/SW,pre-commissioning, commissioning and final).- Deep acknowledgement and experience in Ericsson CBiO nodes (BSCS iX R4, EMM, Charging System,EMA and HP IVR), special skills and experience in BSCS.- Good acknowledgement in Ericsson BSCS iX R4 Database tables.- Giving onsite technical support to customer during project period.- Very good experience in Ericsson CBiO-IMS provisioning flow troubleshooting.- Improving project performance by understanding customer requirements and planning for the optimum solutions.- Good acknowledgement about Ericsson IMS core nodes (SASN,SAPC,AAA,DNS,ENUM ,MTAS,HSS,CUDB,SBG,MRS,PGNGN)

- Leading hardware installation for two main sites in Baghdad (Zayouna and Salihya) and 15 terminal sites for Baghdad and most of Iraqi governorates.- Leading hardware/Software and Commissioning acceptance with customer.- Coordinating with Ericsson support team in project integration.- Providing onsite technical support to customer.- Discovering and Supervising Ericsson BSCS,EMM nodes and cooperating with ITPC technical team to reach optimum solutions and to solve project technical problems.

- Configuring ISUP E1’s with Iraqi GSM and International Carrier companies for the three Ericsson International gateways for ITPC customer (Baghdad, Mousil and Basra).- Analyze and troubleshoot problems using (SS7, ISUP and SIP).- Subscribers QoS management and troubleshooting by analysis of ISUP and SIP call traces. - Special techniques in traffic routing, A-number and B-number analysis.- Daily and weekly base reporting and troubleshooting.- Trainer of the engineers and technicians working in the project.- Raising CSRs with Ericsson support team and coordinating till closing them.- Good experience in Ericsson switching core nodes (TSS, OSS, OMS, MGW, TGC, MGWIC).- Gave Training Course to customer which was held in ITPC High Institute of Telecommunications and Post in Baghdad (August 2012).
