• Review on daily basis the income of the Hotel and ensure all the revenue posted correct.• Review on daily basis the expenses and cost and ensure posting in the right account and correct cost center. • Review on daily basis the cash of the hotel and ensure deposit in bank• Review the accounts receivable and ensure the decrease of the aging• Review the cash flow on daily basis.• Review the payroll at the end of the month and prepare the NSSF declaration• Review the bank reconciliation. • Review the ledger reconciliation and track all the account• Prepare the forecast for the next three months on the 25th of every month• Prepare the cash flow injection for the next three months• Review the closing period of every month• Prepare the budget of the hotel by department and control the purchase• Prepare the manning of the hotel and tracking by department• Handle the P&L meeting with all department heads every month• Handle the credit Meeting twice per month with General Manager and the concerned department.• Coordinate with the Internal & External Audit.• Prepare the VAT and Income tax declaration quarterly.
