•Responsible for recruiting in co-ordination with the relevant Head of Department. •Ensures all new employees participate in the relevant Induction & Orientation Program. •Proposes annual SMART incentive targets for bonus-eligible members to the Area. •Conducts exit interviews with all resigning employees. •Ensures proper job descriptions are available for all functions. •Manages employee files for hiring, transferring, promoting, resigning, and all HR processes. •Responsible for payroll cycle and results in coordination with Finance department•Creates and maintains hotel HR manuals—employee handbook, etc•Responsible for adherence to legal regulations and work permits.•Establishes periodical reports according to requirements.•Maintains a monthly overview of vacation- and public holiday balance of all staff and delivers a monthly consolidated summary to the relevant supervisors.
