- Manage a team of 16 employees from TLs and agents- Reporting to the company MD in Egypt and to the Head of Operation in KSA- Support departments for after Sales services (Refund, Re-issue, Revalidation )- Contact with the Airlines and handle any pending issue - Handle schedule change and get necessary approvals from airlines to fully refund the tickets or re-issue free of charge.- Create, Block, Open, Close, Reset all GDS sign( «Amadeus & Sabre ). - Remove HX segments from all office ID.- Using BSP and make refund application through BSP- ADM Investigation + dispute the ADM through BSP (After Investigation only if Reasonable).- Handle all client complaints about airline and schedule change.
