As a strategic partner supporting Citi's Enterprise Workforce Management (EWM), I drive operational excellence, talent acquisition, and strategic initiatives to support the business’s objectives. I work closely with senior leadership, overseeing workforce planning, financial forecasting, and regulatory compliance to optimize resources and enhance organizational performance. Key responsibilities include:• Strategic Leadership Support: Partner with the Global EWM Lead and 8 Senior Leads to deliver critical workforce forecasts, manage headcount, and respond to executive-level inquiries.• Operational Excellence & Position Management: Maintain oversight of 80+ Headcount, including regulatory tagging, requisition tracking, and capacity planning to ensure effective workforce utilization.• Financial Forecasting & Budget Management: Support financial planning and budget preparation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.• Learning & Development Implementation: Developed and implemented a Learning and Development curriculum to enhance team capabilities and drive strategic goals.• Onboarding & Culture Building: Lead the onboarding program for new EWM starters and foster a culture of engagement through monthly All Hands meetings, strategic projects, and culture initiatives.• Governance & Communication: Facilitate the demand intake process, manage operational governance, and support business reviews, ensuring all presentations align with regulatory standards and are delivered on time.• Project & Stakeholder Management: Oversee strategic and operational projects, providing advisory and support on talent, succession planning, and organizational improvements to drive business value.• Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Drive simplification, standardization, and implementation of best practices across WITA, enhancing operational efficiencies and building a robust talent pipeline.

Responsible for managing a team in excess of 15 Talent Sourcing Partners based in various EMEA locations including Belfast, London, Edinburgh, Warsaw, Budapest and Tel-Aviv. The team is responsible for sourcing the top passive talent across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) focusing on niche business critical Technology positions.In this role I have successfully completed a large transformation project of the Sourcing function as we have evolved and moved to a new purely passive model. A major part of this transformation has involved the hiring of an additional 10 Sourcers to meet business demands.Other key elements of my role include, but are not limited to -• Partnering with colleague Sourcing Managers on priorities, best practices and operational challenges• Supporting global implementation of new and/or additional TA tools to optimize performance• Partnering with TA Managers on delivery of the TA function to the Citi business• Capacity management of sourcing team balancing workload with business priorities• Managing vendor relationships• Ensuring team conduct effective strategic sourcing and engagement with prospective candidates in line with company standards and regulatory requirements• Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects within sourcing and the broader EMEA TA function• Overseeing the provision of high quality market intelligence (i.e. organizational structure, scope of positions in competing companies, compensation, benefits information, market trends) as well as creation of networks/pipeline of passive candidates in priority disciplines and markets• Leading key strategic projects to improve and optimize the performance of the Sourcing function

As a Senior Sourcer I was responsible for supporting the process of hiring talent by sourcing the top passive Technology candidates from multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Google X-ray, Hired.com, Avature, Workday etc... I focused on engaging with candidates within the Technology sector for a range of mid - senior level roles across EMEA.
