As a team leader, I spearheaded a team of business analysts in the execution and management of important HR & Payroll projects. My role included providing guidance to my team members, offering technical consultancy on HRIS & payroll systems, and advising the effective strategies in automation solutions. I ensured project success through technical advisement to clients and payroll user teams, guaranteed timely delivery, cost-effectiveness and quality driven.In managing the key projects, I applied agile methodologies, extracted and modeled raw data from project management tool, and utilized Power BI for data visualization. This approach enabled meaningful insights into agile metrics, facilitating efficient task management, productivity estimation, and identified the root causes of issues and impediments to produce the quick actions for resolutions.My focus was on enhancing the HRIS & Payroll system's quality to fulfill the diverse needs of all clients and business users. I successfully led the system standardization project, establishing standard processes across all clients. This standardization significantly cut down on process redundancies, reduced processing times, boosted operational efficiency, and improved the effectiveness of system maintenance.Additionally, I managed major change requests for system customizations, which increased system capabilities and utility, reduced the manual efforts of business users, and improved the data accuracy.

- Work with different stakeholders to study and understand their problems. Collaborate with them from Design stage to BAU stage to ensure the automation solutions meet or exceed stakeholder’s expectations once delivery.- Coordinate with local and global cross-functional teams to drive and execute operational efficiency, short and long-term strategies, project management solutions which adapt the business process improvement.- The automations built can solve many complex tasks and processes which require significant manual workload and high risk of human errors without any data quality control.- Use Alteryx tool to solve any task or process which requires to extract, transform and process data input, then generate the data output within specific format according to user’s demand.- Apply Power Query with M language to build automated pipelines for manual and repetitive tasks, which normally require to collect data from a variety of sources, combine them together and clean data before performing further steps for payroll calculation.- Build the solutions which can cover the limitations of payroll system where the system is not able to handle the payroll calculation as per specific business rules of stakeholders.- Build the data pipelines which can extract, combine, transform data from a wide range of input sources with several file formats (xlsx, pdf, txt, csv, json, etc.), then directly convert processed data into system uploaded templates.- Build a standardization which can be applied for a group of clients from the beginning to the end of a whole payroll process.- Optimize the solutions by combining Excel, SQL and ETL tools together to provide a high level of automation, no-touch operations and continuous improvement.

- Implement Cadena payroll system and ESS portal for top 2 clients of HR & Payroll service with a complicated payroll structure, a lot of policies and business rules required.- Support many complex change requests from stakeholders which require huge efforts of system customization.- Successfully go-live the integration project which requires to automatically transfer data between Workday and Cadena system.- Support payroll team to standardize, maintain and setup payroll process in the system for multiple clients.- Consult on different matters regarding payroll and system in order to simplify process, reduce cost, increase effectiveness, and to ensure the adaptability of system with payroll structure.- Build a Sharepoint page to keep tracking, manage and report on the status and priority of issue, task & project to ensure on time delivery. Also to enable the collaboration and communication among team members.- Build automation workflows with Power Automate to automate repetitive and boring tasks among the teams.- Use MS SQL to query data, build store procedures/functions and set job schedules to execute ad-hoc & recurring tasks/activities. Also to validate, audit and fix error under database level.- Improve the quality of system and user experience by keep tracking on the technical issues, anticipating the potential risks, and providing or building solutions to solve them.- Closely coordinate with key stakeholders during a project from the beginning to the end of project life cycle in order to ensure that the project is delivered within timeline with a high level of quality and to satisfy all business needs.

- Successfully go-live the most important project for top 1 key client of HR & payroll service, which required to migrate a huge amount of data, implement and setup a complicated payroll structure with many strict business policies applied for the new payroll system & employee self-service portal.- Efficient coordination and communication with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver the success of this project.- The success of this project helped company to win the new contract with this key client over competitors in the market.- Get best employee award of 2020 for outstanding performance and valuable contribution to payroll service (qualified by TMF Vietnam Company Limited – Jan 2021).
