- Organize training courses about Company regulation, policies, customer service standardsfor tenants' staffs of Aeon Mall Long Bien- Analyze and evaluate effectiveness of the courses- Maintain effective communication with Tenants to establish training needs- Daily patrol to check working manner of Tenant staffs (post-training performance,regulation compliance...)- Take care of customers' comment about shopping mall and tenants' service via online andoffline channels (Facebook, emails...)- Make a monthly report about training and Customer comment- Advice and support Training Deputy Manager as required- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

- Recruitment: Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and ACCA Lecturer (at least 3 year-experiences in Big 4): making monthly recruitment plan and report, developing candidate database, recruitment communication, conducting cold-call to select fit candidates to schedule interviews, developing and evaluating recruitment source and expenses.- Training: making monthly training plan and report based on the department’s demand, following and evaluating training results.- Performance management: conducting half-yearly performance evaluation, making plan and report to submit the final result, researching and developing evaluation criteria if needed.- Internal Event: Organizing internal events for employees to contribute to the maintenance of company culture activities.- Others Administration works related to HR department.

- Support to find suitable candidates in talent pools.- Manage valued candidate’s information in the best way to follow up.- Organize and join the interviews with other department’s members.- Maintain the Recruitment Process in the organization.- Compose and send emails to both match and not match candidates.- Prepare On Boarding Plans to let new employees get familiar with the overall culture’s organization.- Build company's culture by conducting internal activities. - Other related tasks assigned by line supervisor.
