Hi! I'm Andrew and I'm lucky to evangelize some of the most important products in the world. I was a maths and literature nerd in high school before falling in love with the odd trio of accounting, information systems and psychology at university. This unusual set of interests has taken me from a policy role in DC to a design role in Sydney before stumbling my way into startups and falling in love with Sales at Tilt.com. After Tilt was acquired by Airbnb, I wanted to continue down the Sales path and felt particularly patriotic to my Aussie roots at the time - so I joined Culture Amp as one of its earliest Sales employees and have loved its mission from day one.I hope you are struck by my refreshing honesty and desire to grow myself and others around me.
