- Coordinate closely with Financial Advisors in the preparation of Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA) across a broad range of financial areas – superannuation, retirement planning, personal insurance, investment structures and estate planning.- Undertake detailed research and follow-up phone calls with superannuation/pension providers, insurance providers to obtain information for the advice preparation.- Provide technical and compliance support to the Financial Advisers.- Preparing comprehensive financial modelling and projections using the planning software XPLAN including – XTOOL+, Wealthsolver, CALM and Risk Researcher.- Produce a consistent high standard of SOAs and ROA that meets all regulatory and legislative requirements.- Assist in training new staffs and administrative tasks as required.
