My job at HealthcareSource allows me to do a variety of things. I focus mainly on navigating the development of a Position Manager database. I Work between the clients desires and the capabilities of the system. I often tell people I speak enough healthcare HR-speak and enough Developer-speak that I'm the conduit that ensures we deliver the product our clients need., but also get to work on process improvement strategies, documentation and SalesForce clean-up.
