Currently, I have served as a postdoctoral scientist at the Hannover Medical School (MHH), working on the liver-related disease project using induced pluoripotent stem cell-derived macrophages. With six years of work experience in the fields of Immuno-Oncology and Liver-related Diseases (NASH/MASH/Fibrosis), I have developed and applied my expertise in single-cell sequencing, molecular and cellular biology as well as immunology. As a senior scientist and a research professor at SAIHST (Samsung Advanced Institute for Health Science and Technology) of Sungkyunkwan University and Samsung Medical Center, I led and contributed to multiple projects on cancer genomics, mechanism of action of pharmaceutical candidates, tumor-infiltrates, using cutting-edge technologies and methods. I also mentored and supervised technical assistants and graduate students, and collaborated with bioinformaticians, clinicians, experts from various disciplines, and drug discovery teams of pharmaceutical companies. I am passionate about advancing scientific knowledge and innovation in the biopharmaceutical field and solving challenging problems that can improve human health and well-being.
