 Estate Settlement: Correspond with other internal departments to settle estate in compliant with industry regulations and company policies. Trade Adjustments: Continue to perform QC to minimize processing errors and make necessary trade adjustments to correct internal and external errors.  Process Improvement Project: Contributed in team’s process improvement initiative by participating in Kaizen LEAN Project. Also promoted new corporate culture to the team members as a LEAN Ambassador. Tool Development Project: Voluntarily designed and developed dilution calculator using excel macro and VBA to accurately calculate trade gains and losses for internal / external parties. Transaction Processing: Validated and processed all types of financial transactions on registered and non-registered accounts with careful attention to details and deadlines. Trade Adjustments: Perform QC to minimize processing errors and make necessary trade adjustments to correct internal and external errors.
