- Developed a new workflow and Generative Design features of Autodesk software that aretailored for the United Nations(UN) site planners and technicians.- Conducted customer-centered research including desktop research, literature reviews, user interviews, and contextual inquiry to reveal user needs, pain points, and design opportunities. - Had productive conversations with PM, UX designers, researchers, and engineers in Autodesk to get feedback on each step of the project.- Communicated regularly with a number of site planners and technicians in the UN Refugee Agency(UNHCR). Fusion Biotechnology Lab:- Designed a tea recommendation mobile app that helps users navigate through tea products and get proper tea recommendations with sponsorship by Look-Our-Tea. - Researched existing app services in the tea industry and proposed new mobile app UX workflows and UI designs. - Delivered the final design outcome with detailed design specifications ready for manufacturing to the client.

PSSD Lab:- Designed an interactive light product that reacts to human gestures and movements. - Prototyped actual working prototypes using Arduino to implement the interactions between the product and users.- Performed usability testings with more than 30 participants and completed 10 rounds of iterations based on the results. - Published a proceeding paper to KSDS(Korea Society of Design Science)as a first author and won the award given to the top 10 papers of the year.

- Completed an end-to-end vehicle UX/UI design project in the context of envisioning lifestyle in 2025. - Designed a self-driving vehicle infotainment system and smart-wall UX workflows and UI by delivering critical user journeys, design concepts, information architecture, low-fidelity wireframes, hi-fidelity prototypes, and design specifications.- Led a team of 5 designers and the final project outcome was selected as the official project focus of the company.- Got a full-time offer.
