My career to date has been founded on leadership, integrity, diligence, team-building and service.After commissioning at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, I have been privileged to have served and led many great dynamic teams who have delivered relentlessly under pressure in a wide array of environments and circumstances. The best teams and our best endeavours were founded on mutual respect, shared experiences, honesty, fun and a clear purpose – to serve the nation. The highlight of my military career was to serve as the professional head of the Corps of REME responsible for leading the entire REME family, soldiers, officers and veterans.I remain motivated to serving the institutions and the people of our nation bringing my inclusive leadership, love for teamwork, dedication, resilience and change management talent to any progressive, purpose-driven organization.
