I oversee the sales department at Myls in order to help it meet revenue and sales growth goals. Deal closure, sales coaching, CRM management, and managing global payments are among my duties. I coordinate the efforts of the marketing, operations, and product teams and manage successful campaigns. I give the company development, sales, and representative network expansion teams strategic guidance. I evaluate sales strategies, establish objectives, and create long-term plans. I promote teamwork, enhance procedures, and lead the Customer Experience team. I organise events, hire talented people, and design rewards for the teams in charge of sales and customer service.
