Current- Responsible for leading operations related to staffing, skills development and engagement, and employee management in compliance with state/federal law requirements, consistent with DEI core principles, based on.
- Provide leadership and direct oversight to a team of 8 administrative personnel - consisting of managers, supervisors, and coordinators – and indirect oversight of a team of 30 field-work staff
- Analyze diverse issues and existing practices pertaining to the employee lifecycle and develop/enhance administrative policies and HR initiatives that support a positive, engaged, and inclusive work environment for all.
- Guide a full spectrum of recruiting, selection, hiring, and onboarding activities by leading and guiding adoption of best practices that align with infrastructure growth and service delivery expansion
- Develop and manage large, multifaceted projects that ensure staff are equipped with the organizational knowledge, resources, and tools to meet the performance expectations
- Confer and collaborate with management staff on developing, communicating, and delivering cross-training and upskilling strategies and opportunities for promotion/succession plans to staff
