I was responsible of SAP project approach and scope to manage the AQP integrated water system. SAP feasibility study to support Accounting and Controlling department in Enel FTL, Fuel Trading and Logistic Company of Enel Group. PMO supporting other I.T. projects in Enel FTL.

I was in charge of the Italian Team for Utility&Transportation.In Enel Power, General Contracting company acting as Prime Contractor in Power plant and energy grid installations, I was Project Leader in SAP R/3 Product Data Management project and then for the implemention of FI/CO/MM/PS modules concerning Project control, Procurement and Construction processes. I was also involved in SAP project activities in charge of SAP Italy for Alitalia and FS.

In Unilever Italia (Sagit QFF/IC division) I was IT Specialist in the IT Department and joined the internal team responsible of SAP R/3 design and implementation (FI/CO/MM modules) to fully support the sourcing process for copackers and Unilever Sister Companies.I was also responsible of the design and realization of the IT application supporting sales forecast and central production planning; the solution was based on the Forsys software package.
