Promoted to senior Associate consultant role within six months of the full-time journey at Highradius. Delivered Cash Application project within the project timelines, delivered higher value than the value alignment. Key skills were gathering the requirements of client and implementing the product for them with quality configurations.

As a Cash Application consultant, I understood their As Is Cash Analyst process, their requirements, Invoices & orders, Customer Payment - Remittance pattern, ERP etc. and then implements an automated system to ease the workload of the analyst and to automate the inbound / outbound flow of cash invoices / sales orders. Played a key role during Simulation, Value Alignment with client, Build, Testing and User access training. Client communication, pure business requirement understanding and solution designing are key indicators of her role.

Began implementing one of the biggest enterprise client for three waves and eight countries successfully with them and worked on the design and simulation of nine other countries in the pipeline. Built a good rapport with client personnels and received appreciation from clients.

In the tenure of this Internship period, I learnt about the practical applications of concepts like, Circuit analysis, Digital logic, Analog electronics, Embedded systems, Signal processing, Control systems, Data acquisition and LabVIEW programming.

Aditi led management and administrative tasks to develop the strategies for the entire team such as, maintaining the sales performance, recruiting and training staff and monitoring the growth of the company.
